DEPICTING A PLACE
The landscape, the people and the nature
this is a three-day workshop on Møn in Denmark.
The workshop is for you who wants to tell a story about a place with a series of pictures. Getting better and better at making pictures and what photography means to have a personal narrative. Will it be documentary, poetic or self reflective.
We will inspire each other to take our photography skills to the next level.
We will study and discuss work from famous photographers.
We will dive into the essence of photography and how to depict a place.
Can you capture the soul of a place? How do you get better taking contact with people and those great portraits. How can you combine your pictures so that the story gets through.
All this and much more in a place with beautiful landscape and lots of history.
You should have a good grasp of your camera and the basic settings, bur of course we will help each other if there is any problem.
Price: €450 (workshop fee)
we start at Friday after lunch and the workshop ends on Sunday afternoon.
Accommodation, meals and travels
are not included
in the price for the course.
We have three rooms in our house that we rent out through our Bed & Breakfast (one with a double bed, the other two with two single beds).
Accommodation is also available nearby, I am happy to advise on accommodation.
Simple dinner and drinks on Friday or Saturday at cost price with us
Breakfast and other meals are your own.
We have a kitchenette where you can heat food in the microwave and brew good coffee.
